1" front end to fit my cb750?

hwille
Hello,

Does someone here ever out a 1" front end on your CB750(-72)? Like DNA springer front end, I dont really know the dimensions for the stock, is it 3/8"? Anyway, ive seen that cycleone has this neck stem conversion kit but its cost about 200$ to get it to Sweden. So I was wondering if someone has a cheaper solution to get it fit? I know its not that expensive but i rather get it done cheaper!

I wont change the stem on the frame cuz I need its to be stock to get it by the inspection here in Sweden, so is will stay as -72 otherwise it will be a 2013 bike.

(sorry for my bad english, hope you understand!)

Best regards!
Wille

Hondachoppers.com SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
I would bet if you called Kate at Cycle one she would be able to come up with a solution. Also have you tried Cycle-X. They are also really good to deal with.

Any time you change parts you have the failure rate to consider You could ream or hone out front forks and slide 1" tubes into old fork trees or keep shopping for fork trees that will fit your neck and accept 1" tubes.Theres always a cheap way to do things but will you trust your life on the change? Almost all of the old Hondas used the same neck bearing size and you can convert to taper roller bearings as well. What about wheel axel and brakes?
