17" Rear Tire

Ccheese4
Anyone have any recommendations for a 17" rear tire? Size is 4.5x17 (120/90). I'm looking at the Michelin commander IIs, but I'd like a second opinion if possible. Also took a look at the Pireli MT66, but they don't have that size rear.

I have Dunlop 401s on two of my bikes (130 90 17) and love them. Have the 401s on the front also, and the bikes feel like they are 100 pounds lighter then they did with the other tires I had on them. I know one had Continentals, but no idea what the other had.

Thanks tools. How's the wet traction on those? It rains quite a bit here, so that's kind of a big deal for me

I try not to get them wet, but when it does happen they still stick like glue.

I try different ones from time to time I now have Bridgestone Battleaxe on the 4.5 rear 120-80-17. I had a 130-90-17. I like the look of a bigger tire but the smaller one sure handles nice. Think about the wheel tire combo. The 130 developed sharp sides that fell over when leaning hard so be ready if that happens more than likely just the cheap ass tire that was on it from the po. But some time bigger is not better
