1970 CB750-how much is it worth?

Hello everyone!  I need to sell my 1970 Cb750.  Its pritty beat, and there is no title.  I figured you guys would be the experts!  How much do you think the bike is worth?

I've got A 1977 750F,has been started,But not till after I brought it home,(wonted to run clean gas.)does need the basic tune up,Batt.,has new back tire,front old,picture is bike just cleaned and side cover I made didn't come with any.I'm not saying what your bike is worth But looking around for 6 months ,can run from low like mine 250.$ up to over 3K,my last bid on E-bay,for "77"bike like mine but in excellent condition,Insurance company say 2K.

A 1970 in perfect condition could go for several thousand $ but you say yours is pretty beat.  Depends hugely on condition.  How bad is it?
