1972 CB750 front brake question

cederholm
Hi all,

Working on my first CB750 build/rebuild. I picked the bike up as a partial basketcase - missing a couple parts. Including the front brake. On eBay, I purchased a used arm and caliper for a 72 but it doesn't fit. I'm not sure if I'm missing parts, or is my fork is from a different year.

Could anyone post some detailed photos of this area for me??

I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Thanks,
Carl

Ok, Carl, sorry I didn't get these up sooner. I had to do this at work as I lost internet at my house for a line replacement.
bikebandit.com has a really good exploded view listing.

The 72 ans 73 should be virtually identical

Otherwise, on our site here, you can get a manual with appendices for your year on the small but important changes.

This is the link. Should just be a click but a copy/paste will work if nothing else. This is a large file and is the Honda shop manual.
