Well it may not be the coils, make sure the yellow and blue wires are still good and the points are still adjusted and working right.
However, if it is the coil, lift your seat and you should see a rubber strap at the tail end of the tank. Pull that strap back and the back should lift up and you can slide the tank back and off. Disconnect the fuel first of course. Not cause of the gas itself but I have seen people drop their tanks when the rubber hose pulled the tank from their hands.
You can still get coils from honda I think but for that cost, just get some dyna 5 ohm coils or you can go to www.partsnmore.com and get smaller less expensive coils.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
