1978 CB 750 K gas tank lines

I just bought my first vintage Honda and am getting ready to start it. It has not been started in years so I am doing all the usual things to get it ready. My question is on the carburetors there is an 1/8" line between each carb. Between the third and forth carb. there is a "T". An 1/8" line leaves the "T" and is about a foot long but goes no where. Also out of the top of the third carb. there is a piece of 1/4" fuel line about 7" long.
I know one will be a vent overflow from the carb. to the gas tank and the other should be from the gas cock but which is which. The cycles is in excellent condition but the 2 lines just weren't connected and I am sure they had been messed with. Once the tank is cleaned and the lines are attached I would like to try a start.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The big fitting on the #2 carb is the fuel line, and the small one on the #2 is the vent line, and the ones on the bottoms of the float bowls are the overflow lines. If you do not have the factory service manual you can download it for free from the "manuals" section here.
