1978 CB750f project

Axed
Yesterday I got a 1978 Honda CB750F from a co-worker of mine for free. The reason it is free is because its in pieces. The frame, wheels, headlight, and handlebars are attached still. The engine is in pieces, and I do mean pieces.

My problem is.... I have NO idea where to begin. I have begun to clean all the parts and pieces, but after that what do I start doing?

Any good books or websites on how to put an engine together?

I have lots of patience and time, I just need a way to get started.

Any help appreciated.

Congrats on your "new" ride.
To start you can look for "Clymer" manual for honda four cylinders year '69-'78. It will prove invaluable in your rebuilding and maintaining your bike. It is very detailed in all areas of the bike.
