1979 CB750K - parting out, clear title frame

Rich Ard
I haven't found a motor close enough or in good enough nick for me to pursue this project any further - so if anyone here is looking for parts, I have a recently epoxy-painted frame with a title and just about everything else but the engine, headlight or bracket, tank, and seat. I have several starter motors and a couple of clutch packs from a CB900F as well as two valve covers, the carb rack, and the stock airbox. Exhaust is a 4-1 which appears to have been ridden back and forth over a speed bump at least twice, maybe three times.

All parts priced cheap, make me an offer, but take into account shipping from zip code 49006. All funds will go into my poorly planned and worse-executed XV920 slash CB750 hack job.

I will get pics up after I snowblow my driveway. Email to rtbrandt@gmail.com rather than PM, please.

Here's the roller:

All parts on the roller for sale; wiring harness I'll probably hang on to and strip unless you have a 'bad' one you'd like to trade, plus cash. Wheels and frame have been cleaned well and painted with appliance epoxy (only the rims - spokes were masked off but have not been polished).

VIN:

Title:

4-1 exhaust that has been flattened on the bottom for, uh, ground clearance, and painted flat black. Silencer is in okay shape.

Hotwings Glass seat - purchased for a Goldwing but I think it looks pretty good with the CB750F DOHC tank (tank is not for sale). Here's what it looks like if you put it on a Virago 920

Matches up to the back of the tank pretty well:

Some intake rubber and exhaust flanges/gaskets:

Carburetors! I have not opened these up.

Sidecovers and electronic ignition:

Engine mounts!:

Shocks (notice these have covers - the ones I have on the bike do not) and front fender. There's a ding in the fender that does not appear to be creased; could possibly be popped back out with a gentle hand:

Oil cooler (I believe this is from a CB900):

Crankcase- and I have three working starter motors:

I also have two valve covers I neglected to get pics of; one has been sodablasted and painted the same color as the forks.

All offers entertained, including parts swaps - I am looking for a small Bates-style headlight, mini speedo, small/medium women's armored jacket, and textile riding pants (~32/34), funny motorcycle tshirts. Entertaining offers especially welcome.
