Hello Guys,
I have inherited a 1980 cb 750-c, the issue is low compression , the first test "dry" cylinder#1was 0, #2 ,40 #3, 45, #4, 45,,, the Wet test (adding a teaspoon of oil) was #1, 77 #2, 120 #3, 60 #4 , 170,, so Im thinking a stuck valve on the number one cylinder. so, I removed the carbs and exhaust and and sprayed all the ports ,intake and exhaust with some seafome and wd40, trying to get to the stems, best I could. let it sit a day and repeated, let it sit another day and retested, dry was #1, 0 #2 ,50 #3, 60 #4,140,,,wet was #1 ,75 #2, 175 #3, 125 #4 190 , so, this was donated to our ministry and I want to get it road worthy, for the least amount of money then raffle it off for the food bank , being that the numbers were all over the place, what would y'all do, thank you in advance for your thoughts and resources
