Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Was away at work. Anyways yes, could you send me some pictures. The problem with these particular mufflers is the moisture which is generated from the exhaust has a tendency to rust the pipes from the inside out a few inches into the muffler side (bottom) after it comes from the header section. I have a set of 4-4's off my "80 F. I don't know if they are the same as the C models or not.
The ones I have are pretty dang nice,but there is some denting where they head pipes turn at the very front of the bike and start under the engine. Ran over a piece of firewood one day and it got damaged. :( It's hardly noticeable and I'm positive the inner tubing was not damaged, so flow is not restricted any. Other than that there is no rust or damage at all on the pipes. They used to be perfect until that happened.
I can upload pics if you're interested. I'd take $200+ shipping for the entire system:head pipes,mufflers,exhaust collars and all the heat shields. They're at zip 24122.
