1980 slows down in rain

Hello all,
I have a '80 750 Custom.  Last year, I was for a ride and it began to rain.  The bike really struggled to get speed and keep up the rpms, and now the problem continues. any ideas?

Kinda sounds like your ignition got wet somewhere. I would check your plug wires for any cracks and dampness. Also check your ignition modules and make sure they are dry. Otherwise, maybe some water got into your fuel tank.
