1981 Honda CB750F Head Gasket Seal

honda_newbie
So, this question is going to be a bit ridiculous.  However, as the username suggests, I am new to fixing and maintaining my CB.  I've attached two images that show the part of the head gasket that has no seal on it.

What I need to know, is what that part is called and where I could buy a seal for it?  I've just replaced the full head gasket seal and have traced the leak back to that part.  Any help would be much appreciated!
