76 cb750 Wiring help

i have a 76 cb750, bought as a chopper, so everything crammed into a chopper box under the seat. On a charged battery I can ride for a few days to and from work, eventually the bike loses lights and dies. Clearly a charging issue, done some tests, seems the stator is doing its job, has a newer regulator so I am leaning towards a rectifier. However, the wiring is throwing me off. out of the stator case, I have 4 yellow wires, and a green. Which I can find nothing that seems to match this. Can anyone help? I def don't want to fry a new rectifier. Its sitting in the garage killing me. I have bare minimum on the bike, kick only, head light and tail light only. No switches or anything. Can anyone send me in the right direction? thank you in advance. Paulie

For some reason not letting me post pictures, however off that diagram, the green wire from my stator case goes into my regulator, and I don't have a white and red wire.

It does not really matter what colors the wires are, as long as they go to the right places. The green wire can go to the regulator, but it also must be grounded.

The colors may not be accurate, just so long as you have wires going to right places. The color makes it easier to trace the line though.

The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
