I will definitely try your suggestions, but I forgot to mention one thing I found when I replaced the pickups on the bike, the plug going to the neutral light sensor has power, if I touch it to any metal on the bike, with every plug on the harness hooked up, it will create a spark.

I realized I forgot to mention that in my last post when I was driving home from work.

Does that having power provide more support for the handelbars being ungrounded?

No, It is supposed to be HOT. The neutral switch works by grounding the circuit.
