81 750c retrofitting to rear disc brakes?

unclehowlie
I am considering retrofitting my 81 750c to rear disc brakes off a supersport (f) model. Has anyone done this retrofit. What parts are needed?

Hey man, don't know if I can help out much but I have a 76 cb750 k6 that has the rear disk set up. I bought it this way. The only major part that I can see different is the brake housing support rod was home made with a piece of threaded dowel. U shaped connection points were welded at the ends. Don't know why they used threaded dowel, it can't be adjusted. Works great with my rear sets. Hope this can help.

I've got a 1980 CB750 K.  I'm about to do the same thing.  I don't know how long you can wait, but I plan to pick up an F rear wheel and see how it fits within the next two weeks.  I can tell you what I find out.

Cheers,
Greg
