is it possible to install a kick strart on 1981 cb750c.

There is no provision for it so in order to do that, well I am just not sure it is possible.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

You would need to swap out the engine with one that has a kick-start.  The kick-start is integrated within the engine, connected through gears to the crankshaft.  It is not something that can be retro-fitted.
