82 cb750k stalling in the rain

Several times when I've ridden my 82 in the rain I would lose a cylinder!  Anyone have any insight to what might be causing that problem?

I would get a spray bottle, and mist the electrical components while the bike is idling. When it starts to miss, you will know what is causing it.

This is interesting, as my 1979 CB750 used to miss quite badly when riding in high humidity weather.  I never did figure it out: might have been a loose plug wire connection at the spark plug, might have been a icing problem with the carbs (although that's pretty remote: plenty of heat coming off the engine to keep the carbs warm).  Most of the time, it's electrical.

My VT700C does well in the rain, by comparison.

Do you have any visible arching in the plug wires? I would start there since you only lose one cylinder.
You may be able to see the are at night.
