Anybody know of any good brake line kits?

slownugly007
Im looking for a full set of aftermarket brake lines for my 81F. Just curious if anybody had any recommendations for companies to use? Im thinking of getting a set of braided ss lines but Im open for anything as long as it meets or exceeds the OEM stuff. Thanks!

See if, you have a Tompkins Ind. near, you. They make them up right there, and are about 1/4 the price of the bike shops.

CB750F SS '82 SS Braided Brake Line Kit (factory length)
$125.99
1982 Honda CB750F Super Sport SS braided brake hoses for stock handle bars. This kit replaces the front upper, both front lower, and rear hoses. They are factory length and should be used with factory handle bars only. These hoses will get rid of that spongy feel by not expanding when you squeeze the brake lever.

They are DOT certified to 2009 standards - they must have the country of origin on the hose material and can't swivel. (the hose material is made in the USA and has such printed on the clear protective jacket) These hoses are made a certain length, with the fittings fixed at a certain clocking. They are made in Roanoke Virginia with materials made in the USA! Stainless braided brake hoses will make your brakes feel less spongy and will respond faster to your input. Replace your cracked, dry-rotted, ratty, 30 year old hoses with something that performs better

I got a line from these guys and got phone service to make sure everything was correct. It works excellent and I was able to pick the cable sheath cover and the fittings color separately. Small peanuts but makes it nice to match to your bike.
