My wife and I were at an auction on Saturday, and the most expensive item up for sale was a 1959 BSA A10, with a fairing and original saddlebags. It had been restored at some point. Powder blue everywhere. The engine had been winterized, so they didn't start it. It looked like a good daily driver bike, and not a trailer queen.
Sold for $5000.
Would have brought $1-2K more if it was running, but still a great bike. Here's a pic of a similar bike, just add a fairing.
