I would just get a braided stainless steel line made up for it. I have a company here in Kansas City (Tompkins Ind) that makes them up. I found them by googling "braided stainless steel brake lines" I'm sure you should have some place near you that makes up hoses, and brake lines. I can get a full set of three lines made for around $60.00
