You definitely do not want that one that is 3rd from the left in the top row.

Search on e-Bay for CB750 logo/patch:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=cb750+patch&_sacat=See-All-Categories

Here are the ones that I bought two(?) years ago, both yellow, and black:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-CB750-side-cover-logo-patch-Sandcast-NICE-NEW-/160746068458?pt=Apparel_Merchandise&vxp=mtr&hash=item256d3659ea#ht_639wt_1189

The patches I purchased are very good quality.  I wore the black patch on the shoulder of my black and gray riding jacket.  It looked sharp, IMO.  I'd recommend sewing them, rather than gluing with something like "Patch Attach", as these have a rubber-like backing, which prevents the glue from bonding; the glue did bond with the cordura material, leaving a nice, shiny outline.    Cheers!
