CB750F head to CB900F

Hi Guy's new to the forum, but hopefully someone can assist, simple question will a 1981 CB750 DOHC Cylinder Head fit onto a 1981 CB900F DOHC

Many thanks for your quick response, I should have been more specific as can the 900 cams, cam chain etc  be transferred over to the 750 head, the last thing I need is to hit the button and have valves bouncing off pistons etc haha

It is a bolt on swap. Everything will swap right over.
