CB750c vs 750K/F????

N8k-47
Hi all, I hope you can help me here. I've been riding everything with 2 wheels since I was a kid but I'm new to the CB's. I just picked up a 1980 CB750C and am getting ready to turn her into a cafe bike. However every time I go to look for parts I usually only find K and C model parts.

Is anyone able to tell me some of the differences/ problems I may run into? The biggest things I'm unsure of is are the frames, carburetors, exhaust's, etc. very different? Just trying to figure out what issues I may run into?

Thank you!

They are almost identical. The main differences are the body parts, and disc rear break.

Big difference is between the 1969-1978 (SOHC) and 1979-1983 (DOHC).  A lot of the cafe bikes you see are 1978 or earlier.

Diff between the models is as TOOLS says - almost identical.
