Cam Chain Guide

I am rebuilding a 1979 CB750K model and I need a cam chain guide. Do you have one for sale or know where I can purchase one? I have checked all my local resources but nothing is available right now.

Which one? The Horizontal one on top of the cam to cam chain? Or the vertical one for the cam to crank chain? I assume you are not after one of the tensioners, and that is a DOHC motor.
