Carburetor idle mixture screw questions
Administrator
I discovered that some of the roundtops have solid tipped idle mixture screws and so
e have holes drilled sideways in the tip. What is the difference and how do you tune them? I'm assuming they would not tune the same.

Re: Carburetor idle mixture screw questions
It was an attempt to prevent the owner from richening the mixture.
Fill in the hole and the mixture will be fully adjustable.

Hey bud,the roundtop carbs I'm talking about are the 69-76 carbs. But what problem are you having?
