I am pretty stuck between the choice to have Lasik eye surgery or have an IOL lens fitted in my eyes. I have extreme myopia, so both of the options are the best thing that could happen to me. Having stuck with glasses for the 18 years is not something I have enjoyed. If to watch TV without glasses, to walk around the house without hitting anything are the perks I get from either of them, I would go with any of them. I would love to go on a long drive on my bike without the glasses bugging me! But what would be the ideal choice for me considering a highly myopic eye? I could have a
LASIK procedure or have an IOL. But after having Lasik, would my eyesight deteriorate after a few years. I have heard of may cases. And I know if I get IOL, I will be having complications because of myopia. What would you guys suggest? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
