Cracked coils

Here a stupid question, I couldn't  figure out why I wasn't getting any spark on any spark plugs, I had power at the points when turning bike over and I had power at coils but no spark so I pulled the fuel tank off and notice
That both coil packs were cracked or split open I'm assuming that would cause no spark right guys?

Cracked, or not, if you have power pulses in, and nothing out, it's the coils.
