Custom izing Your rear cowl for after market Hornet/CBR1100 light

 In my build are the lights,I'd like to post updates here as I go about this ,cutting,grinding, filing,double checking,resin and glass mix/add on strength.
                                                             Depending how far back you can go will determane how much to cut(i grinded) to set back farther in cowl
     Pic  underside in cowl pretty dark but theres some stk.reinforced plastic there that needs saving,(bumper also)so going right above that and were the metal band will be tied in.Bolting to toolbox I only had to grind flush the very bottom and about 1/2"up(everthing cleared,BUT light should be back further but box in way and I have to keep it.

                                      previouse post: Well good thing I had an extra cowl cut to much on 1st,but will go back to.

                 In order for len to set right lic./tail light  braket/plate top has to be cut(just above the grab bar)
                   This(grab bar)is made pretty dang well,grind level to that plate after cutting with saw.

                                            rear DRILL THE 3 HOLE'S (bolt's N wire's)
                                           I ALSO DID FOR WIRES(can run on out side)
LIL FILING HOLE TO CLOSE(no prob.)

THE BRACKET YOU CUT USE THE BOLTS(build in spacer) n RUBBER GRAMET

                                       yep use those to scew in lens,rubber's on lens side

                                              NOW WIREING MATCH THEM UP

                           (I added cateye blinkers and tyed together with rear tail blinkers only)
RUNNING LIGHTS(had to make lil cat eyes blinkers only)GOT WAY TO HOT,(after pic is wrong)need side markers now.
                                           was not as easy I thought out,BUT
                                                         BRAKES
