  I Cut to hole with grinder ,Paul used cutting torch for larger(i was slow).
 set on shock,one from each side about 5-6inches apart or as wide as the vise would go put in vise to were shock was flush to top closed vise slowly holding top of blades (squeezing at same time )was easy .I had another person so made it a lot easier to remove top lock thing.
 only had to come in about an inch or so .
