Is it possible to upgrade to the 4 in 1 pipe that comes out center above the rear tire without modding the frame?  (on a 1981 cb750k) If so where can I find these pipes, what are they called and any other information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

The simple answer is, "No."  A more legitimate answer can be found by depressing your rear end fully:  this will show you exactly how much clearance there is between the rear fender, and the top of the rear wheel.  I believe you will see that there is not enough clearance for any pipe under the seat.

As to whether there is a commercial product available, no, none that I know of (see above comments regarding clearances).  To create a custom setup with sufficient clearance, would require modifying the swing arm, the seat, and quite probably the frame.  Can it be done?  Yes, but not easily -- it would be entirely custom work.
