First Edition 1969 CB750, I need some advice.

esantella
Good mornin to all I am interested in learning a little bit more about my bike. It's a 1969 CB750 K0 sandcast a in amazing condition. I am trying to verify the numbers and maybe some of you may help me with the verification and the magical history. I have temporarily changed the stock shocks and removed the front fairing which I still have stored. Here are some pics.

Sorry to tell you this, but it is not a "Sandcast". Only the first 7414 were Sandcast. Yours is #13511. However yours is a 69 K-O which is still pretty desirable. What is it that you are wanting to know about the bike?

Thanks for the info, just after I posted I was reading about the series and the manufacturing details and noticed it was not a Sandcast....bummer... Well I was wondering why the motor and chasis don't match, maybe a bit of history behind it, value?, and where I can get parts for it. Thanks again and im glad to know I have a desirable bike :)

Since the engines and frames came off different lines, they never matched up. They were usually within a few hundred numbers of each other though. As for parts, there are several sources listed in the parts link at the top of the home page here. However the ones I use most are cb750supply.com cyclex.com and vintagecb750.com We also have the Factory Honda Service Manual in our manuals thread at the top of the home page which can be downloaded for free.

Thanks for the info! Can you refer me to someone that could give me a possible value of the bike?. I will be fine tuning the details so that it can look better than it already does. Thanks to all!
