First time tolling with cb750

Rick7r
I always wanted to build a cafe racer. I was looking to pick up an old cb750. Found a 1973 model, engine not seized but currently not running, some parts missing, doesn't look too bad tho, minor rusts. But is $800 too much for a titled registered PNO?

I have paid $400.00 for titled rust bombs, and $400.00 for untitled bikes in very good shape.

I guess it depends on where you live as well. I live in so cal. Everything is expensive. Can't seem to get anything that's running below $1200
