Fork air pressure

Hi I am new to the group I have a 1982 CB 750C  and would like to know what the air presure in the forks are.

I am making a guess here but I don't think it is supposed to go over 10 psi. I think something like 7-8 or so.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Would low air pressure cause a clicking noise? Big bumps make my front end click. Also if u are sitting still and hold the front brake and push forward on the bike (compressing the front suspension) you can hear the click as well.

I have an 81 custom , and the sticker says 10 -16  P S I . -- Progressive springs make a nice difference in the ride as well . -- Hope this helps -- Otto
