Fork covers (ears)

Anyone know if K2 Fork covers (ears) will fit a K5.
Should be the same chrome design for all 72-76 models, shouldn't it?

They should go right on with no issues.

Thanks, that was my thought too but the part no's are different which didn't seem logical for the same bit.
I guess the back end of the identifier is just for the year then?

They are most likely slightly different shaped but they still fit over the same fork diameter.
69-78 has 35mm forks.
