Fork damper screw for 79' cb750F super sport

Hockey&Hondas
Hey! this my first post and concerns my first bike which also happens to be my first project. So my issue, i was breaking down the forks to replace the oil seals (and paint the fork boots) however the bolt at the bottom that screws into the damper rod was stripped so i had to drill and extract it.

now I have a bad bolt and i cannot for the life of me find a replacement online, in the many resources on this forum or even the proper specs and/or part number to search efficiently. i've even searched craigslist for a fork leg to canabalize (to no avail).

does anybody have a source, a part number, or any tips in tracking down a replacement?

They are not a special bolt, so a hardware store should have it.
