I would not use the Bike Master. However the others are pretty good. As for fork oil, Honda's use Automatic Transmission Fluid in the forks. I will often smear a very thin coat of RTV silicone where the seals go into the forks before installing them. This helps the seals slide in, and keeps them from sticking to the tubes, and letting them come out easier when it is time to change them again. I'm sure it also will help them seal.

Tools, did you mean silicone lubricant, or Room Temperature Vulcanising silicone (silicone rubber sealant)?  I could see using both, but they would behave very differently.

gkmaia:  Fork Oil, used by many M/C makers, is a highly refined, highly stabilized mineral oil, unless you use a synthetic Fork Oil.  None of them, including ATF (also highly refined, highly stabilized), are corrosive -- they are all petroleum oil products, anti-corrosive.  Cheers!

I was referring to the RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone. If you check out my build thread "My Buddies POW/MIA bike I have a tutorial on changing fork seals in it, and show using the RTV silicone.
