Fork question - 79 570K

riedling
I've got a 79 750K and am putting some progressive springs in the front end.  I'm going to use ATF (because im not super aggressive). my question is, do i use the 5.5 oz per the FSM or another amount since these springs will displace more fluid (due to more coils)?  and is there a special ATF, or the typical autozone kind.

Thanks for being patient with me asking so many questions :)
