This young lady says her upside down bars cause a lot of back pain. I think the back pain may be caused by something else though.

He is talking about moving the foot pegs/controls rearward. As compared to forward controls. Kind of like Chevy vs. FORD

Rear sets are cool, I like the look of all the linkage.

Saw these universals on ebay for $130, bit pricy for something you'd have to adapt like the guy in the picture above (with the tab welded to his frame)

Maybe some old engine parts (small engine parts) could be used. The shape of the shifter in the first pic reminded me of a connecting rod. A piece of an old shotgun barrel might make a cool foot peg.

This might be a Euro point of view, but I don't think it's a cafe racer without clip ons and rear sets.

You could do alot with just some raw aluminum. That is a cool idea.Probably revisit that next time i do some upgrades.Right now just shooting for getting it together.I dont know why,it'll be winter before im done...i need some knobbys
