Front Brake 1981 CB750K

Still working on getting her on the road.  I have made some real progress but need to find a new front brake and wanted to expand my search from only CB750 to include other bikes.  Where the front brake calipers on the 1981 CB750K used on other bikes (other then 79-82)?  Is there a good source or web page to find this kind of part compatibility between bikes so i do not have to keep asking questions like this? Thanks for the continued help
