Front Fork Assembly?

Myumi-2
Does anyone have a photo of the front fork assembly with the circlips, spacers and slides all in place.

My manual has an exploded drawing of all the parts, but it does not show their location on the fork tube.

Ive seached the web and there does not appear to be a drawing or photo of the parts assembled.

not sure what you mean by circlips?i dont know what year and model you are refering to. i have a 79 cb750f and just rebuilt my forks. they are a very simple design and the only clip is the fork seal retaining clips at the very top of the fork tube.

easiest way to do it"now just bare with me"

botom tube"with the front axle mounts", chrome inner tube

nowthere is a rod with a spring that comes to a point. point end down the chrome tube, there should be an aluminum cylender about 2 inches long, place that on the protruding tip of the"metal rod with the spring"
now slide that whole setup into the bottom tube and use the allen screw to hold it all together.

if it doesnt get tight take a broom handle or similar size diameter rod and put it into the top and push down as your tightening the screw it will tighten

though crude i hope this helps
