Front brake won't brake
62 posts
I got a new tire on my front wheel, and when I put the wheel back on, the brake isn't working.
I pull the brake lever all the way back, but I get just a little pressure.
Do I need to tape the lever all the way down before unscrewing the front brake caliber?
I checked the brake fluid, and it's just a little lower then before I removed the wheel. Not much difference tho.
The brake pads are good because I replaced them less then a year ago.
Thanks in advance

When this happens, it usually means air got into the system somehow. Make sure the caliper is adjusted so it sits properly and then get some fluid if you don't have any, and bleed it.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
