Been awhile. Anyway, do I have to remove forks from triple tree or can I remove front wheel and remove lower shock to replace worn rubber gators. Thanks for any help.

It would be easier to remove the top triple tree, and the forks to do this. You would never be able to install the chrome ring over the gators with the headlight ears still on the bike.

Thanks that what I thought. This bike is an 8k survivor in pristine condition. Do I really need to replace seals? Thanks again Karl

Well, hard to say. If you are already replacing the gaitors, then I would do the fork seals. They are cheap and simple to do and allows you to get fresh fluid into the forks. Kinda dumb not to do it since you already have a good chunk of the work done. Fork seals are 10-15 depends on where you get them. then you can either get fork oil or use atf I think is the common replacement.
If you are referring to engine seals, hard to say. they will likely be hard and will probably leak some oil at first, but MAY come back to life after some riding. My guess is this is a "barn find" and so the seals could be totally gone. I don't know if you are approaching winter or not. If you are, ride the bike some while you can, if you can, and see what leaks. If you are coming into your summer, maybe pick up a seal set so you can replace them as they leak. nothing says you have to do that though. You can certainly wait to see what leaks and what doesn't and then buy what you need.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Thanks. Do you think I will have a problem finding the seals or will my
Honda dealer be able to order them?

The Honda dealer can get you just about anything you would need for your bike, but they usually charge a lot more then places like vintagecb750.com, Cycle-X, Z1Enterprises, and CB750Parts. All online stores that specialize in vintage Japanese motorcycle parts. As for what to put into your forks, Honda recommends Dexron ATF. Also there is a writeup on how to replace fork seals on the forum here. http://honda-cb750-s.456789.n3.nabble.com/My-Buddie-s-POW-MIA-K-3-and-How-to-do-fork-seals-duel-disc-breaks-and-engine-rebuild-td3283036.html#a3306102TOOLS

Do I need a " fork seal driver set" for 269.00.
I did this 30 years ago on another bike and don't remember it being a big job and I don't remember buying any special tools that I didn't already have in my tool box.
Thanks
