Fuel filler neck question

JonathanHValencia
Hey guys,

Just painted my tank. Gonna sand and polish the clear a bit tomorrow, but in the meantime I wanna figure out to do with the filler neck. I pulled the tape off the area and Have to act on it. I was gonna sand and smooth the edges there, but how do you guys seal it? I cleared everything already, can I just sand the edges and call it a day?

Just clean it up so that it is smooth. The gasket on the filler cap should seal on it.
