Pretty much any upholstery shop should be able to do the work for you, if you would prefer it done by pro's.  Attaching a pre-made cover won't take them too long.  I had mine redone, foam added, a custom cover made, and put on.  Mine was totally different than just putting a factory replacement cover on, so mine cost a pretty penny when I had it done, but I never regretted it.  This factory replacement looks n-i-i-ice!  Great job!  Cheers!
