I'm just one state over, but back when you wrote the first message, my bike was down with a broken cam chain.  The other "problem" is me traveling for a living.  It makes it difficult to commit to events and meetings when I could be called to go to a customer site at a moment's notice.

I also didn't trust my bike to take on a long distance ride, since I hadn't had it that long and didn't tear into it to assess the internals.  It was tricky enough just getting the bike home when it broke: I had to leave it in a parking lot overnight before I could find a guy with a trailer to get it home.

Well we are still trying to grow. We got a couple from NZ and 1 in Hong Kong but we are scattered all over.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Hey Ferrous -

I'm not on here all that much, but do stop by from time to time.
I'm in Indy and am working onsome CB550's but also have other bikes; BMW, Ducati's, other Hondas.
Have a lot of tools and shop area to work on bikes. Currently wqorking on making some aluminum swingarms for my CB550's - have lathes, mills, etc here at the shop.
