Has anyone read either or both these cb750 books?

JaseKalaMaris
I got a rusted non running 1976 cb750f-vin/cb750e- engine.  I've never worked with bikes mostly cars so I thought either or maybe both these books might be a good start.

Anyone have any advice?

My CB750 book; On Putting Them Back on the Road [Hardcover]

There both on amazon. Let me know

Welcome to the forum. All the engine serial numbers start with CB 750 E except, for a very few F, and the A's. As, for the book. $199.99 New, or used is ridiculous. All, you need is the manual, Which can be downloaded from our manual section here on the forum. Anything the manual does not cover just ask.

$200 is ridiculous, to be honest.  Try your local library:  they may have an inter-library loan program where they will get books from participating libraries around your state, at little, or no charge, for you to check out.  I have saved hundreds of dollars doing this -- many of the books I thought would be worth purchasing, were not...

If you want the book to repair/restore a CB750, Tools is correct:  get the FSM from this site, and then start posting questions.  Cheers!
