Well there is always ebay for your slice of the world. Otherwise, we do have a fairly good list of online retailers to check out. Now you might have to contact them about potential shipping charges and such but you might find something that works.
As for mounts, you can always go stock but you would have to get those from ebay or a place like david silver spares in the UK. Otherwise, you can get "universal" mounts which usually take some work to fit properly but most of the time have holes along the sides for signal mounting.
