Help with Full synthetic oil question

nyraised
Can I run Mobil 1 High Mileage 10W-40 fully synthetic motor oil after running the seafoam thru in the winter and after a fresh filter and oil drain? Is this oil halfway decent. Here are the specs on the oil.

Couldnt find the synthetic rotella except in 5w-30 and I wanted to run a thicker oil than 5w

Search this forum for "energy conserving" and read the results. Since the clutch and engine share the same crankcase oil, what's good for the engine is not necessarily good for the clutch. Friction modifiers tend to mess up clutch disks. There are varying opinions on the subject. Personally, I use oil for 4 stroke motorcycles, since I'm a weekend/casual rider.

I looked on the bottle and didn't see anything that says "energy conserving" are you sure this oil is that type? If so I will have to drain it, I just did a filter and oil change today.
