It could use any number of types of carbs. We would need to know more about it. Can you post some pictures?

OH! It's a POSA intake! Too cool!

I have no idea what would be a good size carb to run on there. If I were doing this what Id do is find a bike that is at least close to 750cc and has a similar operating range(rpm) and see what they are using for venturi size.

I can't think of any 750cc , single cylinder ( or carb'd) bike engines that run around 8-10k rpm. But there are several 650 cc singel cylinder dirt bikes that are pretty performance oriented (high rpms), so maybe start there for sizing?

Oh, and just in case...if you ever get to where you feel like selling that manifold just holler at me. You have a buyer.  That thing is beautiful.

I would go to "SUDCO" sudco.com and get at least a 40mm Mikuni, or make an adapter to go from the hose to a flange, and use a Harley carb. Some of them even have an externally adjustable main jet.

A carb from an old iron head would probably work. As long as the carb is able to flow enough, it should work.
