Honda cb750 k

kumo
i just got a hona cb750 k 1978 model, and i know nothing about bikes so i have many questions. I willl start with the most important one. I need to change the stearing bearings and found some on the net but they say tappered stearing bearing conversion kit and i am not sure if they are the right ones?
they are the page link bellow. Any help would go a long way.

The steering head bearings from the 1978 - 1982 CB750K and earlier models all have tapered bearings. Shoudnt be to difficult to remove and replace. Just make sure that when you replace them with the new ones pack them full of heavy duty wheel bearing grease. They take quite a pounding and as there is no grease nipple on them , they need plenty of grease to stop them from running dry.

You need to get yourself either a Haynes,or Clymer manual or both.you can also go here and download and save/print the appropriate shop manual.Personally,I've gotten all three, cause each one has different bits of info that are better than the others ....................
